The Ceres Ring is inspired by the Roman goddess of fertility and relationships. Honored by many festivals throughout the spring, this goddess was associated with the green color and the nature for her power over the Earth and agriculture. Her name appeared in one ancient proverb "Sine Cerere et Baccho Friget Venus" which can be at its core translated to "without food and drink, love freezes".
