Hand sculpted with a natural saltwater pearl and miniature diamond. This ring appears as though it has been found deep under the Ocean and belonged to a mystical Sea Nymph. Rafael Indiana hand carves his pieces from wax making each piece unique, which we believe is what gives the product its authentic ancient beauty.
The Nymph's symbolized everything that is beautiful and kind about the sea. Their melodious voices sang as they danced around their father. They are represented as very beautiful girls, crowned with branches of red coral and dressed in white silk robes trimmed with gold, but who went barefoot. They were part of Poseidon's entourage and carried his trident. These nymphs are particularly associated with the Aegean sea where they dwelt with their father Nereus in the depths of a golden palace.
