- Once we have received your payment, we will send your order confirmation via e-mail.
- The Pre-Order items will be produced after your purchase and will be ready to ship in the estimated delivery time as stated on the product detail page.
- The items that are in stock will be processed in two business days.
- Once we ship your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
- Rafael Indiana is not responsible for any import duties, clearance fees or brokerage fees including any other additional charges for international shipments. Payment of these amounts will be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

 

Exchange & Return Policy

 

- We are pleased to accept timely exchanges/returns of unused and undamaged items within 5 days from the date you received your order. However we don’t offer free return service. We would like to also insist on the crafted quality of our products. Each item is crafted by hand with unique materials and carefully sourced products. Thus, we inform our customers that each product may and can vary from presented pictures on the website. These variations are in no mean a reflection in a quality problem but rather a testimony of our craftsmanship.
- Your items must be returned in the original packaging, including any signature packaging materials.
- We will email you when we receive your return and reimburse the cost of the returned items once we inspect the condition of the goods.
