A sinister yet majestic stone that portraits the image of an evil eye. The evil eye is a supernatural belief, brought about by a malevolent glare, usually given to a person when one is unaware. It dates back at least to Greek classical antiquity, 6th century BC where it appeared on Chalcidian drinking vessels, known as 'eye-cups', as a type of apotropaic magic. The point of the Evil Eye is to repel evil spirits and keep you safe from harm. So, it is not for good luck; it is all about protection.
